The company was formed by a small group of people who have a passion for no nonsense enjoyable, physical training. There are so many people out there who try to sell the next “get fit quick” thing. We believe that there is no magic formula. Only a regular structured exercise programme which you enjoy doing, will keep you motivated enough to continue through those winter months or when you just cannot be bothered. After all, we are all human.

Military physical training has been taking place years and years. The British Army take civilians and gets them fit in a safe sustainable way. They do not want to injure their soldiers, so a lot of thought and planning goes into fitness training.  We mirror that approach, using the same type of callisthenics training to get those results.

 

“I always struggled with my weight as a child, being asthmatic and working in McDonalds from school did not help matters. Joining the Army changed my outlook on fitness and exercise became a way of life. As I got fitter, I began to enjoy it more. As a Sergeant I was responsible for my troops fitness and this is where I started to really enjoy instructing physical training. Now training is something which makes me get up in a morning and I am lucky enough to be able to work in the fitness industry where hopefully I pass on my knowledge and enthusiasm to others. I’m also a British Alpine Ski Instructor, so if you need any pre holiday ski fitness tips, just ask.

In August 2010 I represented GB at the European Dragon Boat Racing Championships in Amsterdam.

This was particularly special to me as I never thought I would represent Great Britain in sport, nevermind winning three gold medals. I can honestly say that military based training certainly helped get me there. Look forward to seeing you at a park soon.”  Gina, Advanced Personal Trainer.
