Bootcamps

As well as our daily Military Workout fitness classes, we also offer  6 week comprehensive  bootcamp fitness courses.

Military Workout, bootcamp fitness courses will provide you with the complete bootcamp package to get you fit and healthy in time for summer and most importantly of all, the classes are fun and safe. With your comittment, the Military Workout team will ensure that you achieve optimum results  in the quickest possible timescale. Unlike other bootcamps, once your bootcamp course is finished, we don’t just leave you to go it alone until next summer. We run classes every day of the week, throughout the year. You are welcome to drop in and out of these continual classes,  to help you maintain your new found fitness and continue along the road living a healthy lifestyle.

  What’s Included

  • 6 week course, which includes 12 lessons with ex and current military instructors who are recognised exercise professionals
  • Nutrition Workshops lead by our expert nutritionist

  • Weight management. Body measurements can be taken at the start and end of the course
  • Unlimited access to other Military Workout Classes during the bootcamp course (9 per week to choose from)

Classes take place at the the Runnymede pleasure grounds during the following times

Monday 10 am & Thursday 10 am
