Windsor BRB

BRB Military Workout classes take place at Sutherland Grange and Dedworth Manor Parks, in Windsor.

Both locations offer outstanding facilities for our outdoor Military Workout classes. The parks offer, trees and open flat areas, giving a wide variety of workout options.

Your instructor is Jim, who is a qualified Gym Instructor, Military Workout Trainer and ex Armed Forces


Sutherland Grange

Sutherland Grange is located directly on the A308.
If coming from central Windsor or M4. Landmarks before the Parking area are the Centrica building and the Harvester on the Right.  Turn right into the parking area just before the pedestrian crossing.
If coming from Maidenhead,cross the roundabout (Squires Garden Centre on the left) after pedestrian crossing turn left into Parking Area.
Please note:  there is a height barrier into and out of the parking area.

Your Instructor will be located at the Centrica end of the parking area 30 minutes before class starts for roll-call etc.

Dedworth Manor

Sat Nav postcode SL4 5NW.
Turn into Vale Road (opposite Windsor Race Course) take the second right into Hanover Way. We meet in the car park of the New Windsor Community Association.

If you are attending BRB Military Workout for the first time, please follow these steps…

  • Download, print and complete a BRB Military Workout Health History form. This can be found via BRB please bring it with you to your first workout. Arriving 20 minutes before the start of the class. If you answer yes to any of the questions this does not mean that you cannot take part, but please give your instructor Jim a ring to discuss.
  • Email your park instructor Jim, to book your first workout. Who will respond with a confirmation email.
  • If you are aged 45 or over or severely overweight. Please contact him prior to attending BRB Military Workout to discus your suitability.
  • If you have not had your blood pressure checked in the last 6 months (regardless of age) we strongly recommend that you arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of the class to have this checked. Please inform us beforehand that you wish to have your blood pressure taken.
  • If you are in any doubt regarding your suitability for exercise, or of your current level of fitness, please seek the advice of your GP in the first instance.

Payment Options for BRB Military Workout

Option 1 | PAYG. If you have an irregular schedule, or are trying us out, this is the option for you.

Pay As You Go: only £8 per class.


Option 2 | Full Membership. Regularly attend more than 1 class a week, then this will keep you coming and jumpstart your fitness to the next level… Attend as many classes as you wish each month for single fixed fee.

Individual Membership: only £36 per month.


Option 3 | Weekend Warrior Membership. If you are only able to attend classes at the weekend and you want the incentive of having pre-paid for your class to get you out of bed and into the field, this is a great option for you.

Weekend Warrior Membership – £25 per month.
