Military Workout Charity Cup


Support Blind Veterans UK, by taking part in the Military Workout Challenge 2013

This event will take place on Saturday 14th September at Sutherland Grange, Maidenhead Road, Windsor.

Teams of 5 will compete against each other in a series of Military themed challenges. This years challenges will be;

  • The physical challenge – stretcher race (evacuate your casualty around a set course)
  • The skill challenge – grenade throwing (score as many points as possible using speed and accuracy)
  • The teamwork challenge (muscles will not help you on this one, unless its your grey matter)

Download and complete a health history questionnaire from the website and bring this with you.

Arrive at Sutherland Grange 0900 to register your team. The challenge starts at 0930 sharp.

Cost, minimum donation of £10 per person. All of which goes directly to Blind Veterans UK

Participants must be of satisfactory health and fitness as deemed necessary by Military Workout Instructors on the day.

If you are in any doubt with regards to your suitability, please call on 01932 429062. Participants must be minimum of aged 16 to enter. If you are age 45 upwards, please contact us prior to the event, for a more in depth health screening
