Class Timings

0630 – 0715  Tuesday & Thursday (4 weeks 8 sessions)

0900 – 1015  Monday, Wednesday & Friday

1945 – 2030  Tuesday & Thursday

0800 – 0845  Saturday

If you are attending one of our classes for the first time, please follow these steps…

  1. Download, print and complete this Health History form and bring it to your first workout. Please arrive 20 minutes before the start of your first class. If you answer yes to any of the questions this does not mean that you cannot take part, but please give us a ring to discuss.
  2. Email your park instructor on  to book your first workout. He/she will respond with a confirmation email.
  3. If you are aged 45 or over or severely overweight. Please contact us prior to attending Carpe Diem Fitness to discus your suitability.
  4. If you have not had your blood pressure checked in the last 6 months (regardless of age) we strongly recommend that you arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of the class to have this checked. Please inform us beforehand that you wish to have your blood pressure taken.

If you are in any doubt regarding your suitability for exercise, or of your current level of fitness, please seek the advice of your GP in the first instance.
