We understand that starting a fitness class can sometimes be a bit daunting for some people. That is why at Military Workout, everyone is made to feel  welcome.

If you enjoy being part of a group or team rather than exercising on your own, then Military Workout can offer you that extra motivation that you may need to stay focussed on what is important to you.

Whether you want to meet new people, tone up, increase your aerobic fitness levels, or complement your existing training programme, the structure of Military Workout classes ensures that all fitness levels are catered for. Varying degrees of intensity and alternate exercises are given, this means that you choose exactly how hard you work.

Classes are different from your regular step, body pump, spinning or gym circuit classes in that each lesson is different. We incorporate a variety of training techniques such as PHA (peripheral heart action) pyramid training, matrix training and supersets. Above all, safety and fun are paramount.

All lessons are pre planned and risk assessed to ensure that they are structured, safe and enjoyable.
