Course Terms & Conditions


Prices are correct at the time of going to print. Military Workout Ltd, however, reserves the right to change its prices at any time.


Contract is entered into, once Military Workout Ltd take receipt of your booking and full or part payment is made. In the unlikely event that your order does not reach us either by post, fax, email or internet, irrespective of whether an automated internet response has been received by your computer Military Workout Ltd will not be responsible for that order reaching us, as these circumstances are out of our control.

Once payment has been received, your booking confirmation and receipt will be sent electronically. If you have booked your course via the website and it is very close to the actual course date please let us know via email or telephone call, if this does not arrive in sufficient time.


Payment is due at the time of booking. If you wish to pay by debit or credit card, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and debit cards such as Switch and Delta.  You will receive your invoice via email when you place your order by the website. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Cheques and postal orders should be made payable to Military Workout Ltd. If you wish to pay by cheque please contact tutor support first. Make cheques payable to Military Workout Ltd. Postal address, Office F, Newhaven Workshops, Beach Close, Newhaven East Sussex, BN9 0BY.

Course Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your course booking, you may do so by confirming your wish to cancel in writing, within 7 working days of your booking being made. In the event that the booking for your course is made in less than 7 working days prior to the commencement of the course, you may not cancel within this period.


Upon receipt of course confirmation you have 7 working days to cancel your booking and receive a refund. After this period, no refunds are given for any reason, as that place could be taken by another student and the company loses those places permanently. After the 7 days cancellation period, transfers to another course date incur a £50 charge. Transfers less than 1 week before your course are not possible. If you do receive a refund this will be in the form of a cheque.

Annual License Fee/Registration Policy

As a company we require each individual who has completed and passed the Military Workout two day Trainer course to pay an annual licence fee. This enables us to maintain a register of all the Military Workout Trainers and to maintain and protect licences and images. The annual licence fee also entitles registered instructors to the following services: The cost of the annual licence is £25.

  • Full page entry of your park onto the Military Workout website  this ensures your park/business can be  located by search engines such as google etc.
  • Access to professional marketing material at reduced rates.
  • On-going  email business support
  • A  Certificate endorsed by Active IQ.
  • Course Manual.

It is the responsibility of each Military Workout trainer/Instructor to ensure that their annual license fee is paid annually. Standing order forms will be issued via email with booking confirmations or at the course. First payment is usually requested 12 months after you have passed the course as the first year is free.

We will not register trainers/instructors or send out certificates on completion of the course if license fee standing order & signed terms and conditions are not received.

In order to qualify as a Military Workout Trainer you must be a registered exercise professional to a minimum standard of level 2  Students who have not yet achieved entry onto the REPS register, may still attend the Military Workout Trainers Course, but will not receive their licence until they provide evidence of REPS level 2 certification.
